This modern industial condo was so fun to transform from an empty concrete box to a warm **but cool** space to call home. Location: Crown Heights, Brooklyn Staging & Interior Styling: Major Jacks Photography: Drew Dies
This Brooklyn condo was first staged in 2013 by a talented HGTV Design Star finalist, and needed a re-style for a 2016 re-sale. I was thrilled that a few of the original large furniture pieces from this talented pro were still around, and so fun seeing the same space through a different lens three years later! We decluttered, cleaned every nook and cranny, and staged using a mix of the seller’s furnishings and items from my Major Jacks Warehouse. A snappy new description and accurate pricing came together with professional photos and floor plans to show buyers […]
Because even a luxury penthouse needs great staging to secure a price as high as it’s floor. This one ended up in a bidding war…need I say more?
Renovations take guts. I had a vision and this townhouse was literally gutted inside and out by expert contractor Atlantic Elephant, Inc. Their motto is “renovation is fun” – it sure is; and so was staging this beauty for a cash sale.
